Are you looking for ways to stay cool, calm, and connected this summer? All are welcomed to attend Nourished by Nature mindfulness “mini-retreats.”
What happens when you blend nature with mindfulness? Magic! Experience the magic for yourself through meaningful, purposeful, sensory exploration, and activities to discover deeper connections to your inner self, to one another and to nature to find more calm, meaning and enjoyment in daily life. Slow yourself down in the company of others, while diving deeply into yourself to experience how nature-based mindfulness can be the foundation for greater strength, peace, resilience, health, and happiness.

By deepening your connection with nature, enhance your personal wellbeing and psychological resilience, like tiny seeds planted in the soil awaiting the right conditions to emerge. Make this the year your well of wellbeing remains full. Teens are welcome to share the experience with a parent or guardian to learn simple ways to reduce stress.
