The Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help finding an at-risk man who may be in mental health crisis.
Chad Patrick Corpuz, 37 of Templeton was last seen at about 11 a.m. June 16 walking away from his home on Bennett Way Templeton, according to Sheriff’s spokesman Tony Cipolla. He reportedly left his cell phone, vehicle and dog when he left on foot. He also missed work the following day.
“Corpuz is considered an at-risk missing person,” Cipolla said, “because it is believed he may be going through a mental health crisis at this time.”
