Morro Bay’s Annual Downtown Trick or Treat brought all manner of ghouls, witches, super heroes, vampires and more to trick or treat on Halloween and grab some candy fueled fun. Sponsored by the City Recreation Department, Chamber of Commerce and participating community groups and Downtown businesses, the costumed event mixed with the weekly Saturday Farmer’s Market to bring the Downtown to wicked life. The White Caps Band performed, adorned in a variety of costumes. Pirate Steve dragged out his treasure chest filled with taffy to greet the kids (and their parents) and pose for pictures. The City brought out its Haunted Trolley and a giant, inflatable slide were on hand, too.
