Boo! Morro Bay’s Downtown Halloween Trick-or-Treat, held Saturday, Oct. 26 during the regular Farmer’s Market, took to haunting Downtown as all manner of ghoul, goblin, ghosts, monsters sci-fi creatures roamed the streets hitting up all the participating merchants for treats readily given out. Sponsored by the Recreation Department, the street fair had community groups with booths, a photo op spot, and the White Caps Band playing music.
