Casa Ramos Art Gallery in Los Osos presents “Happy,” a group exhibition opening May 2
“The exhibition brings together a group of Central Coast artists with new work selected around a shared intention: to create pieces that offer a sense of happiness, color, and optimism,” said gallery owners. “While each artist approaches the theme in their own way, the work is unified by a focus on what feels like a mental escape when you enter Casa Ramos Art Gallery.”
Artists included in the exhibition are John Ramos, Mike Golling, Phillip Lopez, George Jercich, Jon Miller, Adrianne Jenkins, Dan Rider, and Elena Ramos Peffly. The exhibition highlights the talents and range of well-known fine artists creating on the Central Coast, with an emphasis on new work across painting, ceramics, glass, and jewelry.
John Ramos will also release three new prints, available for the first time at the opening.
“As an artist-led exhibition, “Happy” reflects the gallery’s ongoing commitment to presenting work that is both accessible and well-crafted, while maintaining a strong connection to its local artists,” organizers said.
An opening reception will be held on May 2 from 2 to 6 p.m. at 1034 Los Osos Valley Road. Refreshments will be served, and artists will be in attendance. This will be another memorable afternoon of art!
