The Cambria Lions Club is hosting its annual Pinedorado Parade #74 on Saturday, August 31st, starting at Bridge and Main Street in Cambria, at 9:30 a.m.

“Our theme this year is Cowboys, Art, and Legends,” organizers said. “Our Grand Marshall is William Randolph Hearst III. About 60 parade groups will make their way down a 1.25 mile parade route, to the West End of Cambria.”

The parade includes many community groups, high school bands, horse groups, local school children, and kiddie cars from the Shriners. Parade participants can also compete for prizes as they “strut their stuff” in front of the judges at the Vet’s Hall in Cambria. Groups or businesses interested in participating in the parade should register on the www.CambriaLions.org website, under parade.
