“As part of the $1.2 million remodel, the upgraded store features a refreshed, neighborhood-inspired design along with improved fresh food departments,” officials told Estero Bay News. “Shoppers will experience a new sushi counter and hot foods section, updated bakery displays, and a new dairy case, along with refreshed self-serve salad and meat areas. The store also includes new fixtures and a clean, modern finish, creating a more comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable shopping experience.”

The reopening event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Los Osos Baywood Park Chamber of Commerce attended by store and district leaders as well as members of the community. A $5,000 donation was also made to Los Osos Middle School to support their programs, as part of the grocer’s commitment to creating communities with Zero Hunger – Zero Waste.
