Kevin Hurni, 66, of Los Osos, California, passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
Kevin was born on February 15, 1960, in Michigan. He spent his career as an auto mechanic and business owner, working steadily until his retirement in 2021. In 1988, he married the love of his life, Tania, and together they raised two sons.
Kevin valued straightforward work, family, and the routines that shaped his life. He was an active member of the community and cared deeply for the people closest to him.
He is survived by his wife, Tania; his sons, Joseph (Ashley) and Thomas (Hannah); his grandchildren, Leona and Eliza; his parents, Valerie and James; and his sisters, Alyson (Steve) and Jesica.
