My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the central coast from Idaho and stayed for four nights in Morro Bay. Our two-year-old son is absolutely obsessed with “trash trucks,” as he calls them. He waves frantically, cheers excitedly, and just lights up every time he sees one.
I’m writing to you today to express my appreciation and heartfelt thanks to your Morro Bay employees who went the extra mile to smile and wave at our son every morning, toot their horn on occasion, and on the last day of our trip, pull over and present him with his very own toy. Those employees are our little boy’s heroes, and they made his day. I hope that this thank you note makes it to them and they know what a positive impact they had in making our son’s trip extra special.
