4-H to Start New Year

Morro Bay 4-H is getting ready for the new program year. Kids ages 5 to 19 are invited to join the club. 4-H is one of the largest youth organizations reaching close to 6 million kids in the U.S. alone. 

The Morro Bay 4-H Club will be kicking off the new program year at the club’s first general meeting, set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3rd at the Moro Grange Hall, 1340 Atascadero Rd.

Information about Morro Bay 4-H and the projects that are being offered this year will be provided at this meeting. The current list of projects offered is: leadership, poultry, beef, swine, sheep, arts & crafts, community service, cooking, gardening, speech & communication, and sewing.
