The 18th Annual Walk for Autism & Resource Fair, hosted by the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center, takes place on Sunday, April 26, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown San Luis Obispo at Mission Plaza. This year’s theme is “Walk the Spectrum,” which will raise awareness and funds for the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center and the local autism community. CCASC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in San Luis Obispo County that provides resources, support, and events for individuals on the spectrum and their families.

Designed to increase autism awareness and connect families with essential resources, the event features a symbolic community walk at 2:30 p.m. preceded by a large-scale resource fair highlighting local organizations, therapeutic services, advocacy groups, and inclusive activities. There will be a DJ, food vendors, therapy dogs, performances by the Cal Poly Dance Team, and more.
