Owners of the Morro Deli celebrated their second year in business by cooking up a delicious ‘Thank You’ to the whole community at a free chicken barbecue held Saturday, April 18. The deli, located inside the Sinclair gas station at the Roundabout on Morro Bay Boulevard, gave away 100 hindquarter chicken dinners with garlic bread, French fries and beans. The deli, which is open normal hours during the Coronavirus shut down, offers up a variety of traditional Mexican foods.
