Born August 27, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri. Michael (Mike) Robert Mills grew up in Southern California and attended Pasadena High School. He joined the Navy and served in Naval Special Warfare during Vietnam earning a Silver Star, two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.
He was married to Deborah Rae Mills who passed away in 2012. He moved to the Central Coast in 1987 and eventually retired from the State of California Department of Corrections.
Mike passed away in his sleep on December 7, 2025. He was 83 years old. He will be missed by so many people in the community. He is survived by his son Kevin Mills, his daughters Kristin Mills and Kary Carbajal, his two grandsons Jacob Mills and Michael Carbajal and his great granddaughter Sailor Mills.
