Neil Farrell has been churning out amazingly detailed and accurate news about Morro Bay and other cities in our region for many years. Frankly, as a former member of the City Council (2018-2022), I always depended on his articles to address each and every pro and con for a wide variety of issues before I considered how to vote!
Neil’s front-page article in the Vol #6-Issue #15 (“Coastal Commission Questions Battery Project”) is a home run. He managed to cover an enormous amount of history regarding the project, while bringing the entire issue into focus.
