No on A-24

Like so many I’ve been confused by A-24.  What does YES really mean and what would NO mean? I  read the measure itself, the Attorney’s Impartial Analysis of A-24, the Argument In Favor of A-24, the Argument Against A-24 and have decided to vote NO. If A-24 passes it would not stop Vistra from building a battery plant.  From what I understand, The State of California wants the battery plant and will give Vistra the permit even  if A-24 passes. Morro Bay will then have very little control on how it is done. Vistra would go to the CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION not our City Council to determine what is best for Morro Bay.
