The 2021 “Fuel Run Monterey,” an annual road rally starting in Santa Clarita and ending in Monterey for Monterey Car Week, motored into Morro Bay Aug. 12, taking a pit stop for lunch at Great American Fish Co., before speeding up Hwy 1 with a high-pitched roar.
The Fuel Run features the fastest and most expensive sports cars in the world — Ferraris, Porsches, McLarens, Lamborghinis, Mercedes, and more.
The Fuel Run has been stopping off for lunch at GAFCo., for 5 years now. This year there were 100 cars and 200 participants. These photos show just some of the tens of millions of dollars worth of automotive artistry that was on display.
