I can only imagine that managing a project like current roadwork in Morro Bay is daunting, to say the least, but it wasn’t like we went through anything like that in Los Osos that could serve as a lesson.
I have to be a little harsh, finish one portion before starting another when it comes to traffic and safety of the public.
I had to make the trip down Quintana Rd. because Southbay Blvd. at the freeway was closed. What a mess it was. You would think they would want to finish Quintana Rd. before closing the other throughway. It was a mess of steel plates, trenches and, at one point, they were still doing construction and stopping traffic. You really couldn’t wait to finish that one first? It would have made life better for all if you had.
