Looking for person whose name I think might be “Matt” that was driving out of Morro Bay through the roundabout heading towards San Luis Obispo on June 30 around 0700.
I was behind you on my way to work. You had a black small canvas bag fly out the bed of your truck. I stopped and picked it up. I turned it in to the Morro Bay police department. I am sure if you tell them the contents they will turn it over to you. Hope you are out there and read this. Or if anyone knows a person possibly known Matt that drives a newer black truck call him!
