George James Perry passed peacefully surrounded by family on August 15, 2021. He was born, lived and died on the dairy ranch that his maternal grandparents, Orazio and Teresina Nicola, purchased in 1916. Phillip James Stanuseich was a longtime ranch hand and mentor to George, Ed, and Sharon. George, his mother Evelyn Ethyl (Nicola) Perry, his father George Andre Perry and Uncle Nicolas Nicola ran the dairy until 1960. George then went to work for the San Luis Obispo County Road Department until he retired after 34 years. In 1956 George met and married Barbara Ann Young. 

George is survived by their 4 children: Mike, Tim and wife Julie, Jerry, Terrie (Perry) Stoner and husband Gary, brother Edward (Ed) and wife Margie Perry, sister Sharon (Perry) Vaughan and husband Earle, 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
